Susan Salidor is an award-winning children’s music composer and performer with the heart of a teacher. Raised in New York but based in Chicago for the last 25 years, she has performed for children and the people who love them throughout the country in schools, libraries, colleges, theatres, children’s museums, music festivals and bookstores. Susan’s music workshops have received rave reviews at professional teaching conferences nationwide.
Susan also served as an Artist in Residence for the Rockford Public Schools’ Early Childhood Program from 2000-2002, teaching master classes and creating music workshops. Susan and husband Jay Rehak collaborated on a kids’ show, Noah’s Ark: The Musical, which has been produced at theatres in Chicago and Michigan.
